The Drive-Thru Joke
A woman went up to the counter at McDonald’s and
asked for a hamburger and fries. The cashier said, “I’m sorry,
ma’am, but we’re out of burgers.” The woman was irate and demanded to see
the manager. When the manager came out, the woman started berating him,
saying that it was unacceptable for McDonald’s to run out of burgers. She
went on and on until the manager finally had enough. He pointed to a sign
over the drive-thru and said, “Ma’am, that sign says ‘No Cars in Drive-Thru.’ So I’m going to have to ask you to leave.”
