A croc and a monkey
A croc and a monkey were having a conversation. The monkey said, “You know, I don’t understand why people are always afraid of you. You don’t look so tough to me.”
The croc said, “Well, I can see why you would say that. But looks can be deceiving. I’m actually quite dangerous.”
The monkey said, “Dangerous? Ha! I don’t believe it. I bet I could take you in a fight.”
The croc chuckled and said, “You might think that, but I’m actually quite strong. And if we did fight, there’s no guarantee that you would win.”
The monkey was getting angry now. He said, “I’ll tell you what…I’ll fight you right now if you’re so tough!”
The croc looked around and said, “Well, there’s no one here to stop us from fighting. But I don’t want to hurt you.”

So the two animals started to fight. Thecrocbited the monkey’s arm and the monkey screamed in pain. Themonkeykicked the croc in the stomach and the croc doubled over in agony. They fought for awhile longer until finally the croc had had enough. He limped away from the battle, bleeding from several wounds.
As he walked away he muttered to himself, “I told him looks could be deceiving.”
